Fixes:

• Dynamic difficulty changed. Right now it's based on a number of shift's you finished.
• Time for an order and between orders is changed too. Just more time to make things easier.
• Added new tutorial parts.
• Added option to clear all progress in Main Menu
• Increased cauldron collider
